F50 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the f50 platform, which are binding on all users who register for and use our services. Please read carefully before opening an account or making any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f50 platform in f50.im, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and f50 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use f50's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this age requirement will be closed without notice.

2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account active only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of our terms.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. f50 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any financial transactions.
- Your account password is solely your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact f50's support team immediately at [email protected].
- F50 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an f50 user, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules without exception.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or transactions that violate Malaysian law.
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical tools to manipulate game outcomes, transactions, or bonus systems.
- Abusing the bonus system in ways that contradict the stated promotional terms, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Sharing accounts, transferring account balances to other users, or engaging in any form of unauthorised inter-account transactions.
- Accessing the platform from regions or jurisdictions where this service is legally restricted, and using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for that purpose.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the f50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for understanding the deposit and withdrawal terms before making any transaction.
Deposits are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on your account's deposit page. f50 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Deposited funds are considered confirmed once payment provider verification is received by the f50 system. Deposits delayed due to third-party technical issues may require additional time to be credited.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the f50 account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
F50 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, or where signs of suspicious activity are present. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between 30 minutes and 3 business days.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
F50 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if any term in this document is breached. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible for a refund of their account balance. All decisions relating to account closure are final and subject entirely to f50's discretion.
Liability Limits
F50 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes. Users access the platform at their own risk.
F50 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f50 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of f50 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The f50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. f50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own discretion.
F50 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically.
